Cold Steel Drop Forged Hunter Fixed Blade Knife – Bead Blast Plain

The Cold Steel Drop Forged Hunter was inspired by a knife design that Lynn C. Thompson discovered while on a research trip in Argentina. After using a solid steel hunting knife created by French knife-maker Michal Ahchez, Lynn began experimenting on how to bring this classic hunting knife to a wider audience. What he came up with was this precision designed hunting knife made from a solid piece of drop forged 52100 high carbon steel. With a Rockwell Hardness of 58-59, there is no cutting job too difficult for this heavy duty hunting knife. It has an ergonomic handle that features an integral finger guard, deep comfortable trough and a lanyard hole for easy EDC. It also includes a thick, traditional leather sheath.
